Madonna is the Director of Educational Programming at CareWorks ABA and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 25 years of experience supporting children with special needs. She brings a rare combination of behavioral health, special education, and leadership experience, allowing her to take a comprehensive and structured approach to each child’s development.

She holds a master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education from Norfolk State University and an Education Specialist degree in School Leadership from Virginia Tech. Since becoming a BCBA, Madonna has focused on delivering high-quality, individualized ABA services that translate into real-world progress for children and families.
