Trauma-Informed ABA Leadership Across Virginia
Ashley is the Regional Director at CareWorks ABA. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who brings over 14 years of hands-on experience helping children and families navigate meaningful progress. She is deeply focused on making sure care is not only clinically strong, but delivered in a way that feels supportive, consistent, and right for each child.
Ashley holds a master’s degree in behavioral psychology from Pepperdine University and is currently completing her doctoral degree. She has worked with children across a wide range of needs, with particular strength in communication development and supporting more complex behaviors.
